The founder of the company graduated with a bachelor's degree from the Chemistry Department of Zhengzhou University. He pursued postgraduate studies at the "International Phosphorus Chemistry Laboratory," led by Professor Francois Mathey, an academician of the French Academy of Sciences and a foreign academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research achievements were awarded the "First Prize of Scientific and Technological Papers of Henan Province." After graduation, the founder joined a renowned pharmaceutical company in Shanghai, where his exceptional professional skills earned him the title of "Outstanding Employee" within less than a year.
